The building
On West Main, a block from the water
213 West Main Street sits inside the Sackets Harbor Village Historic District, the 71-acre core of the village listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983. The district takes in 143 contributing buildings along Main, Washington, Broad, and Ambrose Streets.
The village grew up around the U.S. Navy shipyard built here for the War of 1812, and the battlefield where two engagements were fought is now a state historic site on the shoreline southwest of Main Street. Lake Ontario, the public docks, the state park, and the village's restaurants are all within a few minutes' walk of the front door.

Current tenants at 213 West Main can pay monthly rent, security deposits, and any balance owed here. Payments post to your ledger the same business day and you'll receive an emailed receipt.
